For us, architecture is more than form — it is a contextual statement shaped for people.

Designing Contemporary, Adaptive Architecture
Ergonomics
Relevance —
Resilience —
We design buildings that will not require reinvention within a generation. Grounded in classical principles of proportion and functionality, we integrate contemporary solutions — creating architecture that transcends trends and remains relevant over time.
[1] Resilience
Relevance is a dialogue with the city and its territory. In every project, we search for an architectural identity rooted in context: analyzing the urban fabric, scale, typologies, and cultural codes of place, identifying patterns that can be meaningfully reinterpreted. Every building is part of a broader environment — both natural and urban. We aim to integrate seamlessly into the existing context, responding to history, climate, landscape, and social conditions.
[2] Relevance
Architecture should be intuitive. We carefully consider how people will move, feel, work, and rest within the spaces we create.

Architecture — Interiors and Landscape
Congress Center
Ulan-Ude
— A contemporary congress center incorporating elements of Buryat cultural heritage, conceived as a multifunctional hub reflecting the region’s identity. The "two-cube" composition and transparent lower levels emphasize openness and the integration of functions — business center and hotel.
Ice Arena
Zheleznogorsk-Ilimsky
— A sports facility designed in the language of Soviet modernism, carefully integrated into the city’s historical and architectural context. The result is a multifunctional complex that bridges tradition and contemporary technology.
Baikal Inn
Listvyanka
— A hotel designed in a minimalist style with biomorphic elements, seamlessly embedded in the natural landscape. Panoramic glazing and the interplay of glass and wood frame views of Lake Baikal and highlight the character of its природная environment.
Retail Park
Located in Usolye-Sibirskoye, this project is conceived as a thoughtfully designed, welcoming space — combining a park with buildings for open-air retail — set to become a true center of urban life. The roofline gives the buildings a striking silhouette reminiscent of medieval European market halls.
Architecture as Responsibility
For us, architecture goes beyond designing buildings. It is the art of shaping space — where aesthetics are inseparable from function, safety, and human comfort. Through materials and form, we convey a sense of strength, lightness, and warmth, while embedding principles of sustainability — creating environments designed to serve people for decades.

Head of Architecture
"Behind precise geometry and disciplined form, we see status, artistry, and moments of a fulfilling life."
